Return & Refund Policy – ENXION

We want you to love your order! If you are
not satisfied, here's how returns work:

1) Return Eligibility
You can return the product directly to the
delivery man upon arrival.

Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- In original packaging

2) Return Delivery Charge
📍 Inside Dhaka: ৳70
📍 Outside Dhaka: ৳120

3) How to Return
Simply refuse the delivery or hand the
item back to the delivery man. You can
also contact us before delivery at:

4) Refunds
Once the returned item is received
and inspected, your refund will be
processed within 3-5 business days
to your original payment method.

5) Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn items
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
